Stringers Corner, a beloved attraction for both locals and visitors, has been reborn with more than 126 years of rich history behind it. Now open from breakfast through dinner, the revitalised Stringers Sorrento begins a fresh and vibrant chapter.

The menu draws inspiration from seasonal Mediterranean flavours, blending both European and local ingredients to create a truly awesome dining experience. With an Italian-style deli and provedore, authentic Neapolitan-style stone-baked pizza, freshly made gelato and a lively cocktail bar, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The friendly, welcoming staff add to the relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

The sunny courtyard, dressed in cheerful yellow and crisp white, is the perfect spot to sip on a refreshing spritz while savouring Sorrento’s favourite pizzas, all with the mouth-watering scent of pizza drifting by. It’s a place full of energy and good vibes all year round.

Stringers offers an impressive selection of local and international wines, beers and spirits, available both on the menu and for purchase at the bottle shop adjoining the restaurant. With multiple entertaining spaces, including a sought-after private room, it’s also an ideal venue for special private events.

For those on the go, Stringers Providore has barista-made coffee, fresh takeaway salads, toasties, pastries, homemade cakes and more.  Seasonally, pizzas can be ordered and picked up for takeaway too. Produce from the Mornington Peninsula is also available for purchase.
