Third-generation master gelato chef Piero hails from Sicily, where his family have been perfecting the craft since 1953. He brings authentic Italian expertise to every scoop in this seaside hotspot. Using premium Victorian dairy, seasonal fruits and select Italian ingredients, Piero and his team conjure up an ever-evolving array of more than 200 gelato and sorbet flavours.
