At the heart of it all is Doris, their trusty 200-litre copper still, churning out an impressive line-up of gins, vodkas, and a soon-to-be-legendary whisky program. Every bottle is crafted with meticulous care, right down to hand-peeling local citrus, reflecting their hands-on approach to the art of distilling.
The newly expanded cellar door invites visitors to enjoy everything from guided tastings and cocktails to coffee and jaffles, with the team on hand to share their expertise and passion, offering a special insight into the distillation process firsthand.
That Spirited Lot quickly made its mark beyond Seaford, partnering with national retailers and hotels across Melbourne and exploring export opportunities. The spirits are also the highlight of private events at the distillery, which has become a highly sought-after venue for exclusive gatherings of up to 20 people. Guests are invited to make the space their own, adding a personal touch to milestone moments while enjoying the best of That Spirited Lot’s offerings.
